Everyday foods can be loaded with sugars and additives to make them palatable. Eurodiet foods are specially formulated and nutritionally balanced, without large amounts of sugar, fats and carbs. We suggest seasoning your food naturally with fresh or dried herbs and spices.

Our four phase programme is designed to help you work towards a healthy balanced lifestyle. As you progress, you will start to eat fewer Eurodiet meals and replace them with other healthy permitted foods.

About our chef...

Mark Holden was born in Manchester and has been a professional chef for over 25 years.

He started his career working in one of the most prestigious hotels in the Lake District and has since worked at Manchester United and has cooked for royalty at major racecourses and Wembley.

Before Mark joined Eurodiet he was a freelance chef working all over the world, running kitchens for top companies and celebrity chefs such as Aldo Zilli, Paul Rankin, Brian Turner, Paul Heathcote and Albert Roux at major events and festivals.
