A Gastric Band Alternative - Healthy & Sustainable

Gastric band surgery is on the increase and the Eurodiet high protein method is an alternative to stomach banding or other weight loss surgery.

Before a patient embarks on gastric band surgery, Eurodiet can help them lose weight fast in preparation for the procedure. Eurodiet's low carb, high protein diet plan can also keep the patient on course after the gastric band surgery and support their continuing weight loss with a nutritionally balanced diet plan.

For those who are not considering a gastric band, Eurodiet's high protein diet plan offers an easy way to lose weight fast, whilst enjoying a variety of tasty, nutritious diet foods. Taking the customer beyond weight loss and back into a healthy way of eating is a key part of the Eurodiet high protein method and ensures the diet plan is healthy and sustainable for the longer term.

Ensuring the suitability of the Eurodiet slimming method on an individual basis is paramount to ensuring healthy and effective weight loss.

We have developed an weight loss assessment questionnaire to ascertain individual suitability for Eurodiet's high protein method. This can be either filled out in person or online. It's important that you ask the right questions and remain vigilant. If you have any concerns about a customer's suitability for the programme, please ask them to speak with their GP and obtain a recommendation before starting.

Eurodiet has thoroughly researched it's diet foods and methods.

Eurodiet advocates the use of the Phase 1 ketogenic diet for a period of no more than 14 days in any one session, which is in accordance with current NICE guidelines for obesity (NICE 2006). NICE guidelines also recommend that ketogenic diets (Phases 1 and 2) should only be used for a maximum of 12 weeks.
