There are no restricted foods - you're in control of your diet destiny!

To maintain your healthy weight Eurodiet recommends eating one Eurodiet meal a day for your snack - Try one of our delicious bars or shakes.

Whichever phase of the programme you've worked from, you'll feel a real sense of achievement having reached this stage and the weight loss you have accomplished so far. It's important to keep the lessons learned at the forefront of your mind.

There maybe the occasional slip, but you'll have learned what you need to do to get yourself back on track.
