We start by asking you to complete our especially designed health questionnaire, which you can either complete online or with your Eurodiet pharmacist or consultant.

From this we can assess your needs and depending on your current weight, health and personal weight loss goals, you will start on one of the 4 phases of our diet plan. There really is something for everyone!
