High-protein pasta (soya proteins, pea proteins, wheat semolina, eggwhite, thickener: carrageenans, L-methionine, L-threonine), acacia gum, vegetables 9.5% (mushroom, red pepper, boletus), soya fibres, rice starch, soya proteins, tonyu powder (soya juice, soya lecithine, antioxidants: alphatocopherol, ascorbyle palmitate), wheat proteins, flavours, yeast extract, grated parmesan (1%), salt, parsley. Contain: soya, wheat, egg. Manufactured in a workshop using: milk, sulphites, celery.

Directions for use

To get the best out of your meals watch our online video's... however if you haven't got time here are some simple instructions.. In a saucepan: pour the content of the sachet into a saucepan and add 170ml cold water. Heat until boiling. Reduce the temperature and go on heating for about 7 minutes at a reduced temperature. Make sure to season to taste with salt and pepper (stick to the GDA guidelines), serve warm. With a microwave oven: pour the content of the sachet into a bowl and add 110ml of cold water. Heat the mix in your microwave oven for 1.30 minute (900 W). Leave to rest for 5 minutes. Heat it again for 2 minutes at the same power. Make sure to season to taste with salt and pepper (stick to the GDA guidelines), serve warm.
