Ingredients: milk protein, low-fat cocoa powder (11%), egg white, soybean oil, mineral elements (potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, zinc, manganese, copper, iodine, selenium); flavouring; thickening agent (guar seed flour), gum arabic, fructose, wheat maltodextrin, soybean protein, vitamins (C, PP, E, B5, B6, B2, B1, A, B9, biotin, D, B12) ; sweeteners : aspartame, acesulfame-potassium; emulsifier: soybean lecithin; antioxidants: ascorbyl palmitate, di-alpha-tocopherol. Contains a source of phenylalanine.

Directions for use

Pour water until marker 1 turn upside down and tap and shake! Then pour cold skimmed milk until marker 2, continue shaking. You may use Eurodiet LAKTOLIGHT instead of milk (it should add a sweeter taste). Let the shake stand for a few minutes, this will allow the flavours to infuse within the shake, then shake again before drinking.
