milk protein, gum arabic, soybean oil, egg white, wheat malto-dextrin; mineral elements (potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, zinc, manganese, copper, iodine, selenium); flavouring agents, fructose, soybean protein; sweetener: aspartame; vanilla powder (0.2%); vitamins (C, PP, E, B5, B6, B2, B1, A, folic acid, biotin, D, B12), beta-carotene; emulsifiers: soybean lecithin; antioxidants: ascobyl palmitate, dl-alpha-tocopherol. Contains a source of phenylalanine.

Directions for use

Pour water until marker 1 turn upside down and tap and shake! Then pour cold skimmed milk until marker 2, continue shaking. You may use Eurodiet LAKTOLIGHT instead of milk (it should add a sweeter taste). Let the shake stand for a few minutes, this will allow the flavours to infuse within the shake, then shake again before drinking.
