Milk proteins, low-fat cocoa powder (12%), eggwhite proteins, soya oil, wheat hydrolysed starch, flavour (wheat), oligofructose, salt, soya proteins, thickener: guar gum, maltodextrins, minerals (potassium, magnesium, iron, zinc, copper, manganese, iodine, selenium), sweeteners: aspartame, acesulfame potassium, vitamins (C, E, PP, A, B5, B6, D3, B1, B2, B12, folic acid, biotin), fructose, emulsifier (soya lecithin), acidifier (citric acid). Contain a source of phenylalanine.

Directions for use

To get the best out of your meals watch our online video's... however if you haven't got time here are some simple instructions... Empty contents of the sachet into a saucepan, then measure out 200 ml of cold skimmed milk or reconstituted Laktolight®. Dissolve the hot beverage powder into a bit of cold milk. Heat the rest of skimmed milk and add to the preparation while stirring.
